Base fee:
  • This ticket is a LATE ADMISSION TICKET and entitles the bearer to general entry admission to the QBA State Conference on 15th and 16th June 2023.

    Ticket includes:
    2 days Admission, Meals (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea & refreshments), conference bag, and access to the 1-day trade show.

    *This ticket does not include a dinner ticket to the Annual Dinner (Friday 16th June 2023).
  • QBA Member 2-Day - Late Ticket
    Full Conference Ticket
    (15th & 16th June 2023)

    Ticket includes:

    *Dinner tickets are not included within this ticket price. Tickets to attend the annual dinner can be purchased through this registration.

The Executive Board of the Queensland Beekeepers' Association Inc is delighted to announce our 2023 State Conference and 119th Annual General Meeting will take place at the Toowoomba Turf Club (Clifford Park Racecourse) between Thursday 15th and Friday 16th of June 2023.

Registrations for QBA members opens early February 2023. Members will be advised of the specific registration opening date via email. 

General registration opens March 2023. Please check our website (www.qbabees.org.au) and our social media pages for more information.

Registration Payments:

All payments are to be finalised by close of business Wednesday 31st May 2023.

We can accept bank cheques, personal cheques and bank transfer as payment for conference registrations.

*All registrations with outstanding payments will be cancelled as of Friday 2nd June 2023.

Refunds - All requests for refunds (after the 19th May 2023) will be considered by the executive of the QBA Management with the committee's decision final. Requests for refunds must be emailed to the QBA State Secretary in writing.
